Extra Bearing Support to Aerator Impeller & Shaft, Machined-Steel Beam Base for 20HP and above ratings of Aerators, fully machined shaft and FRP lining on shaft and Impellers of Aerators as a standard features. Hand operated sludge arms lifting device as standard for centre drive clarifier mechanism, P.P. inlet tank and specially developed clarifiers mechanism without bottom sludge pipe for the "FIRST TIME IN INDIA".

Environ has lots of challenges in achieving the optimal performance specially designed Equipments such as (1) 40 HP Agitator with 5M long unsupported length of shaft for 18M diameter X 5M high neutralization tank for one German Company, (2) 40HP Aerators with FRP draft tubes 4.5M water depth.

We have also supplied 3 Nos. 15HP Floating Aerators, 4 Nos. 2 HP Agitators and 4Nos. 2 HP Flash Mixers to M/s. Badli CETP. New Delhi through M/s. UEM India - New Delhi and 3 Nos. 20HP Floating Aerators etc. to M/s. Wazirpur CETP - New Delhi through M/s. L&T (ECC) - Chennai.

We have also manufactured, Supplied and erected at site and successfully commissioned our equipments to following World Bank Aided and Other Sewage Treatment Plant & Cetp.

We are the only manufacturer to have Hydraulic Testing Facilities upto 150 HP rating for Aerators and Oxygen Transfer Testing Facilities for Aerators.

We are the first and the only manufacturers, who are having Aerators Hydraulic Testing Facilities From 2HP to 150HP rating and Oxygen Transfer Testing Facilities for Aerators. We shop assemble, run every aerator in our Hydraulic Testing Facility in our workshop before dispatch as a Quality Control.
