Environ make "PUMPERATOR" is highly efficient mechanical surface aerator especially designed for use in the following systems :

Years of intensive research have accomplished the development of the "PUMPERATOR" aerator. The result is a sturdy unit which combines high oxygenation efficiency (Oxygen transfer capacity 1.6 kg. per HP/hour or 2.14 kg. per KW per hour depending upon the size and atmospheric condition.) with thorough mixing and propulsion of the influence to disperse the oxygen throughout the whole mass of the effluent zone and vigorous agitation to achieve the minimum ripple velocity to keep the solids in suspension. The entire design is amazingly so simple that it is very easy to install, to run and to maintain. It is mounted on pontoons.

SPECIFICATIONS :

MOTOR	HP, 4P, AC, 3ph, TEFC, IP 55, Class F, Electric Motors of SEIMENS / CROMPTON / KIRLOSKAR / NGEF / ABB make.
GEARBOX	RADICON / ELECON make worm/helical reduction gearbox.
SHAFT	Fully machined MS solid shaft with two points additional bearing support so that no cantilevered load is passed over to the gearbox output shaft and bearings, so that the life of the gearbox is increased. We are the only manufacturer in India to provide this feature.
BASE	Fabricated and machined base frame for below 20 HP ratings of Aerator and for 20 HP and above we are giving fabricated and machined RSJ Beam Base. We are the only manufacturer in India to provide this feature.
IMPELLER	Inverted cone type design with non - clogging radial blades. The impeller is machined at centre. No other manufacturer is machining the impeller at center.
FLOAT	FRP lined floats with necessary hooks and nylon ropes.
RPM	100 RPM.
OXYGEN TRANSFER	2.2 kg of 02 / KW / HR. At standard conditions.
WETTED PARTS	FRP LINED. We are the only manufacturer in India to provide this feature without any extra cost.
